Sustainability shouldn't be a trend; it should become second nature.

Company's Demonstrating Sustainable Directions:

  • Nike - Reuse-a-shoe. Nike collects worn out trainers of any brand and the materials are made into surfacing materials for atheletic tracks. This is a good model of sustainable, as the company is thinking about what happens to their product once it reaches the end of it's useful life. http://www.nikereuseashoe.com/

  • Radley. Tote bags and Umbrellas made from post consumer waste plastic. Customers purchase the product, use it, and when it comes to the end of it's useful life, there is an address label inside the product that the customer can send it to in order for it to be recycled again. Again the lifecycle of the materials has been taken into consideration. http://www.radley.co.uk/
